Do you have questions or need answers?

Never think about updating plugins or extensions again. We take care of the security and updates. You only need to focus on selling more.

Can I get the shop on my own domain?
Of course you can. Simply point your shop to our IP address. It will be hosted on your own domain. Please contact us and we'll help you with that part.
Is email included?
No - you are free to use whatever email service you want with Shoporama. You can use Google, Microsoft or a Danish service. We are happy to help you choose the right one for you. Expect it to cost around 9,- to 15,- DKK ex VAT per month to get an email.
How long is the lock-in period? (you'll be surprised)
You are not tied to us. You only pay for one month at a time. If you don't want to use Shoporama anymore, just close it. You can even export all your orders, products and categories to another system if you want.

We know that some shop systems bind their customers for anywhere from 6 months to 7 years. We just don't really believe in that philosophy.
Is server-side tracking included?
Server-side tracking is not included in Shoporama. It costs 49,- ex VAT additionally.
