  • Description of the problem

Notes: This service is only for critical situations where your webshop is down or has serious problems. For regular support, please use our normal support channels.

Apple Pay on Shoporama

Guide to enabling Apple Pay in your Shoporama online shop via QuickPay and Clearhaus.

You can enable Apple Pay in your Shoporama online store so that customers with Apple devices can pay quickly and securely.

Prerequisites

  • You use QuickPay or ePay as your payment gateway
  • You have Clearhaus as your acquirer
  • Your domain needs to be verified with Apple

Step 1: Activate in the gateway

  1. Log in to QuickPay or ePay
  2. Go to payment methods and activate Apple Pay
  3. Follow the gateway's instructions to verify your domain

Step 2: Verification file

Apple requires a verification file to be placed in the root of your domain. You can place the file in the root via your Shoporama admin under Settings → Files.

Step 3: Activate in Shoporama

  1. Click on the cog in your Shoporama admin
  2. Go to Payment
  3. Activate Apple Pay
  4. Click Save

Apple Pay will now appear as a payment option for customers on Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac with Safari).

Tip: Apple Pay

Apple Pay increases conversion as the customer does not need to enter card details. Payment is made with Face ID or Touch ID.
